नायका सहित पांच अन्य कंपनियों ने निवेशको के डुबो दिए डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए
पिछले कुछ महीनों में आई कुछ कंपनियों के शेयरों ने सेंसेक्स शेयर मार्केट में सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद से बड़ी गिरावट दिखाई है। जिन कंपनियों के आईपीओ ने सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद गिरावट देखी गई, उन कंपनियों में प्रमुख कंपनियां पेटीएम, लॉजिस्टिक फर्म डेलहिवरी, स्टार्टअप जोमैटो, ऑनलाइन बीमा मंच पॉलिसी बाजार के अलावा लॉजिस्टिक फर्म ब्यूटी रिटेलर नायका प्रमुख कंपनियां हैं, इन कंपनियों के शेयरों ने सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद से ही लगातार बड़ी गिरावट आई है। इससे इन कंपनियों के आईपीओ | स्टॉक्स के निवेशको को लगभग 18 अरब डॉलर भारतीय रुपए में लगभग डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान झेलना पड़ा है।
कई कंपनियों के शेयरों के सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद आई बड़ी गिरावट के कारण
नायका सहित कई अन्य प्रमुख प्रमुख कंपनियों के शेयर मार्केट इंडिया में सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद आई बड़ी गिरावट का मुख्य कारण इन कंपनियों का मूल्यांकन बुनियादी ढांचा और Balence sheet पर आधारित नहीं था, इसके अतिरिक्त इन कंपनियों के पास पर्याप्त नकदी भी नहीं थी। वर्तमान में इनके पास मौजूद नकदी भी तेजी से घटती चली गई, जिसका असर इन कंपनियों के शेयरों पर अब देखने को मिल रहा है। वहीं दूसरी ओर पेटीएम की पैरंट कंपनी one97 कम्युनिकेशन लिमिटेड के शेयरों को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान हुआ है, उसका कारण मूल्यांकन को लेकर चिंता और वैश्विक स्तर पर बढ़ती दरें हैं। पेटीएम शेयरों में गिरावट का एक अन्य कारण सॉफ्टबैंक की अनुषंगी इकाई एवीएफ इंडिया होल्डिंग्स ने पेटीएम की मूल कंपनी वन 97 कम्युनिकेशन में अपने 4.5% हिस्सेदारी खुले बाजार में हुए सौदे के जरिए बेच दी, यह हिस्सेदारी कुल 1631 करोड़ रुपए में बेची गई। कंपनी ने इस हिस्सेदारी के शेयरों को 555.67 ₹ प्रति शेयर के हिसाब से बेचा। उक्त बिक्री की खबर सुनकर मुंबई स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में कारोबार के दौरान इस कंपनी के शेयरों में 11% तक की गिरावट देखी गई और यह 10 पॉइंट 31 परसेंट गिरकर कारोबार की समाप्ति पर 539.55 ₹ पर बंद हुआ।
